Now that the cold weather is upon us I find that many couples are really getting started on their wedding planning! Give us a call at 518-225-6306 to set up an free appointment to discuss your wedding plans. We are now accepting bookings through all of 2010 and all of 2011. We do book that far in advance, so to be sure that you won’t be left “standing at the alter without us” be sure to book early! The best dates, of course, always book quickly.

Getting married “off season”, such as later this year or early in 2010? Give us a call! Although we do book a variety of events other than weddings we may still have your date available.

And if you know anyone putting together a large event such as a Sweet 16, anniversary, business function, or Mitzvah – well, we cover those types of events as well!

Congratulations to Shabre!

With her family & friends all around her, Shabre celebrated her high school graduation last Saturday night in style! Everyone boarded the Dutch Apple Cruise ship in Albany for a 3 hour sail down the Hudson River and back!

The music was fantastic – you could almost feel the ship bounce to the beat coming from the mid deck. The galley served up some wonderful food on the lower deck. And on the upper deck, we were shooting photo magnets of everyone!

Draper Photos are now READY!

I just finished uploading them! No wonder we were so busy – we took over four hundred photos last nite – phew!

Draper Middle School Moving Up Dance

Congratulations to my friends at Draper Middle School! I again had the pleasure of providing photo magnets at their celebration!

Everyone had a great time enjoying the wonderful music provided by Chris Hollister of Cool Cat Entertainment, munching on a variety of foods and snacks, taking snapshots of each other at the posing stations and, of course, muging for our camera! Our keepsake photo magnets will be treasured by Draper families as they decorate fridges and school lockers!

I have a ton of photos and will be uploading them over the next couple of days so – stay tuned!

Congratulations to Leah on her Bat Mitzvah today!

Mazal Tov Leah!

She did a wonderful job with everything – from the readings to her singing, she was fantastic! Cool, calm and collected in two languages!

Leah was surrounded by family and friends at Congregation Gates of Heaven in Niskayuna.

We took photographs before the service, during the practice and during the Mitzvah itself and at the luncheon. Tonite we’ll be capturing some fun photos at the kids party!

Congratulations to Rebecca!

We attended her graduation party today to help everyone celebrate with our photo magnets. She had a ton of friends and family there to help her celebrate!

I just finished unpacking the car and took a few minutes to blog this and to upload the photos here. Take a look and remember that you can order your favorites thru the website.

Having a party? Family gathering? Corporate event? In addition to our photo magnets we also offer an on-site event portrait service. We can set up one of our portable studio settings and do nice posed formal (or informal) portraits and print them on site.

Congratulations Alisha!!

Alisha has graduated! And today a group of family and friends got together to help her celebrate! And we were there to help capture the fun with our photo magnets! I think we got just about everyone to pose – although we did have to sneak up on a few folks to get their shot! The most camera crazy guest proved to be little Rico – the family dog! You’ll know who he is as he managed to get in many of the pictures!!

I also went out back and got some shots of the kids jumping off the diving board!

Congratulations to Jacey!

So – rumor has it that Jacey actually graduated!

And then, because that was such a good thing – she had a FANTASTIC PARTY up at the Elks club in Clifton Park! Musical entertainment was provided by a wonderful DJ – Jason Howe of Unlimited Entertainment.

MJ Anderson Photography had a wonderful time providing our photo magnet service to one and all!

Congratulations Draper Graduates!

We had the pleasure of again providing our photo magnet services to students in the Mohanasen school district, this time for Draper’s graduating class! A fantastic time was had as students enjoyed food & snacks as well as dancing with the excellent DJ from LaBoom Entertainment in the cafeteria. We were mobbed throughout the night with students taking pictures alone of with their BFF or with ALL their friends!

We’ll be posting the photos from the night so that the parents can see all the fun that everyone had. Don’t worry – you’ll also be able to purchase your favorites. Get 8×10s of the gang and have everyone sign so that you each end up with a wonderful treasured memory.

Last fall, I had the pleasure of taking photos at the Bethany House fund raiser held in Troy, NY. A selection of those photos were published in Capital Region Magazine who I’ve been shooting for since last summer.
