Fall Colors

I took a walk around the Vischer Ferry preserve this weekend and captured some of the fall foliage.

Some of these are now available as prints or fine art note cards on my website.

I’m always on the lookout for these guys but I seem to never have my camera with me when I spot them!

Happily this one asked me to do a portrait session! This is one of the nicer ones. I had to keep it short because the bird had to fly off to another appointment!

Jr. River Rats host the annual Rink Rat Tournament

The Capital Youth Hockey Association, playing as the Jr. River Rats, are again hosting the Rink Rat Tournament. Teams from mites to midgets are gathering in the Capital District to face off against each other!

The Midgets won the Saratoga Tournament last weekend and posed at the Times Union arena with their banner!

The Wolosen Anniversary photos are now available!

The Happy couple celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on May 4! Congratulations to Mike & Lubov!!!

Before their dinner celebration we gathered at one of the family houses for a wonderful family portrait session for all the “children” and their children.

The photos are now posted and ready for viewing and ordering.

The website does not currently support on-line ordering of composites (multiple images collected into a single design as in my wedding album pages). If you are interested in having me develop one of these custom creations for you, please just give me a call to work out the details.

Please note that the photos will be available for a limited time, so be sure to get your orders in!

Indian Ladder Apple Picking

We visited the good folks over at Indian Ladder Farms this weekend. They had a Local Food Festival event going in addition to the usual apple picking. Beyond a number of local farms and providers showing their wares, there were also a few of the animals on display in a petting zoo type of environment.

Unfortunately, the cider donuts line was a bit too long, so we headed off to the fields instead. Wow – those apples were great!

Northeast Association of the Blind at Albany

The good folks of NABA held their annual golf event at Saratoga National this past week and I was again on hand the photograph the fun! Its great seeing the players each time!
