I had the pleasure of working with Peter this week who is getting ready for the sacrament of First Communion. We created some great portraits together – some serious and some, well not so serious! And then we brought Aaron into the picture for some more!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of being the photographer for the Cullitons as they began their new life together! It was a beautiful day with a wonderful ceremony and magnificent reception! The Mohawk River Country Club provided a fantastic and scenic location with incredible food.
I have hundreds of beautiful photos to sort through as I prepare their wedding album. In another few weeks I’ll have a complete preview of the entire wedding book. If you want to be notified when it’s ready, please leave a comment for Suzy and Dan!

We can do senior portraits for any of the area schools including Schenectady, Niskayuna, Colonie, Mohonasen, Clifton Park – and more! A number of students visit us after having seen the designated school photographer so that they can get custom portraits done with us. We make house calls – so that you can have your portrait in your favorite environment, not just a stuffy studio! Include your car, truck, boat, etc. or the equipment for your favorite sport! We can bring our portable studio to you, giving you the widest range of options to pamper yourself. You can even schedule a BFF photo shoot. Why not, you deserve it!
PS to parents – after we take care of the senior portraits we can also offer portraits of your other children or the entire family – including the family pet!
We can also cover events such as birthday and graduation parties, Sweet 16 and Mitzvahs.
With prom season fast approaching its important to make your portrait session reservations as early as possible! We’ll have only a limited number of openings so be sure to give us a call at 518-225-6306 to schedule yours!
Many girls find themselves left out because we run out of openings “on the day” of the prom. We actually recommend that you simply plan to get your gown a few days ahead of time and schedule a quiet portrait session for just you. Or, for even more fun, schedule a group session with two or three of your friends for a bonus on your orders. That way you can avoid the last minute panic of prom day and still have beautiful formal portraits.
And AFTER the prom, you can still have portraits done! Now that the dress has been to the prom and back, you don’t have to worry about it as much! Simply schedule a session for the week or two after the prom. We can do a special indoor / outdoor session – something more like a fashion shoot than a traditional prom portrait session.
And, if you mention this posting and book both a before AND after portrait session we’ll throw in a special bonus!

Now that the cold weather is upon us I find that many couples are really getting started on their wedding planning! Give us a call at 518-225-6306 to set up an free appointment to discuss your wedding plans. We are now accepting bookings through all of 2010 and all of 2011. We do book that far in advance, so to be sure that you won’t be left “standing at the alter without us” be sure to book early! The best dates, of course, always book quickly.
Getting married “off season”, such as later this year or early in 2010? Give us a call! Although we do book a variety of events other than weddings we may still have your date available.
And if you know anyone putting together a large event such as a Sweet 16, anniversary, business function, or Mitzvah – well, we cover those types of events as well!
With her family & friends all around her, Shabre celebrated her high school graduation last Saturday night in style! Everyone boarded the Dutch Apple Cruise ship in Albany for a 3 hour sail down the Hudson River and back!
The music was fantastic – you could almost feel the ship bounce to the beat coming from the mid deck. The galley served up some wonderful food on the lower deck. And on the upper deck, we were shooting photo magnets of everyone!

Congratulations to my friends at Draper Middle School! I again had the pleasure of providing photo magnets at their celebration!
Everyone had a great time enjoying the wonderful music provided by Chris Hollister of Cool Cat Entertainment, munching on a variety of foods and snacks, taking snapshots of each other at the posing stations and, of course, muging for our camera! Our keepsake photo magnets will be treasured by Draper families as they decorate fridges and school lockers!
