Stephanie and Kris met with me this week to go over their preliminary Wedding Book design. Together, they had identified some changes – which I have now completed!

This wedding book is coming along very nicely! There are so many fantastic photos of everyone that its been taking me a little longer than usual to pick out the very best ones to guide me in my book design. But — I AM getting there!! I think I’m down to the last few page spreads!

Congratulations to Stephanie and Kris! My photography on Saturday started with Stephanie and her girls – Carrie, Netty, Maureen, and Mary – getting ready at the Comfort Inn Suites in Clifton Park. Joanna provided the makeup services.
A very nice ceremony was held at the Emma Willard chapel over in Troy. This beautiful location is available for rentals to both alumnae and others – just contact Nicole Lynch.
After the ceremony, we took time to create some magnificent formal portraits inside the chapel and a few more outside. It was a beautiful evening – a little chilly but nice, with a full moon watching over us.
Then it was off to the reception at the Fairways in Halfmoon. The folks there did a wonderful job, as usual (thank you guys!). The fantastic entertainment was provided by Ric Mitchell of B95.5 ! Ric kept the dance floor quite busy throughout the night, playing tunes from a wide variety of styles.
The bride and groom “performed” their first dance for the enjoyment of all. Stephanie told me that it had been choreographed for them and it was beautiful to watch!
I’m just now downloading all the photos from my cameras (there are several hundred!). I’ll be processing them over the next several days. Keep coming back – I often post a couple of “sneak previews” as I work…

In fact, they are getting married at the Emma Willard School in Troy! A beautiful campus – their coordinator tells me that the Alumnae Chapel is available for weddings even if you did not attend the school!
Our photography session will start with Stephanie and wedding party getting ready beforehand. Our full day coverage provides the best possible way to completely tell the wedding day story! Then its over to Emma Willard for the late afternoon ceremony. Then, after formal portraits on over to the reception where I understand a local radio personality, Ric Mitchell of B95.5 will be providing the entertainment.
